to Sir Geoffry Northcote. I reverted to the question

of the fee and asked him to let me know his final

decision with regard to that also.

While we are waiting for Sir David Owen's

answer, I think that we might make inquiries from the

Crown Agents as to whether they have any knowledge

of Mr. Binns. I will also make a personal inquiry on the same subject.
